Modeled a combined-cycle gas/steam plant in IAPWS-IF97 and used exergy analysis to pinpoint and reduce the cycle's largest irreversibility losses.
Built a MATLAB model to size an EV battery pack against range and power targets, then projected its capacity fade over the vehicle's service life.
Designed a green ammonia plant in Aspen HYSYS as a capstone project, covering the process flowsheet, mass/energy balances, and a full HAZOP safety study.
Built cross-site SQL/VBA dashboards at Mother Parker's to track manufacturing KPIs, and traced a recurring inventory discrepancy back to an ERP data issue.
